• Most of our products are shipped by Australia Post.
• Items Shipped by Australia Post or any of our associate courier companies are covered by transit insurance.
• If any loss or damage occurs items will be replaced after completion of investigation.

• VacuumCleanersPlus.com.au will offer a refund OR repair OR exchange OR credit if the products you’ve bought are:

  • faulty

  • significantly different to those shown or described to you

  • not doing what they’re supposed to do.

  When you buy, you should choose carefully. You don’t

  automatically get a refund for simply changing your mind
